All orders will be processed 2-3 business days after receipt of payment. Once the order is submitted, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the order you have selected, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 3pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends are not included in normal shipping days.
BACK ORDERS AND ORDER DELAYS
In the event that the popularity of a particular item exceeds the inventory on hand, you will be contacted via email with the estimated date of arrival. If the item can not be shipped within a reasonable time frame you will be given the option to continue to wait, select a new lash style or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for shipment delays. It is always best to place your order far in advance of your need, to allow for unforeseen carrier or climate delays.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Order processing begins immediately upon receipt of the payment confirmation. Orders can Not be cancelled or changed once the payment has processed. No exceptions. Please do not inquire. Due to the delicate nature of the product and in accordance with public health and safety standards the return of lashes are prohibited. Refunds and exchanges are prohibited. Please make selections carefully before submitting payment as all sales are final.
